The Beginning
1993
Tim and Kathy met and were quickly drawn to each other. What started as infatuation led to a whirlwind romance. They married, but their foundation was built more on emotion than on Biblical principles and genuine commitment.
The Descent
1993-2020
For 27 years, their marriage struggled. Tim's infidelity created deep wounds. Communication broke down. Trust was shattered. They lived more like roommates than husband and wife, going through the motions while growing further apart with each passing year.

2019
After years of pain and dysfunction, they reached a crisis point. Divorce seemed inevitable. But in their darkest moment, something changed. They both heard God's call to fight for their marriage instead of walking away.

2020-2021
They committed to radical change. Through intensive counseling, Biblical study, prayer, and implementing practical tools, their marriage began to heal. They learned what forgiveness really means, how to communicate honestly, and how to build their relationship on God's design.
The transformation wasn't instant or easy, but it was real. Month by month, their marriage became stronger, more intimate, and more Christ-centered than ever before.
The Ministry Begins
August 2020
God called them to share their story and the tools that saved their marriage. War Room Ministries was born with a mission to come alongside churches and couples, offering hope to the broken and growth to the thriving.
Today
2025 & Beyond
Over 500 marriages have been transformed through their ministry. Tim and Kathy continue to serve couples through weekend retreats, one-day events, and church partnerships across the country. Their marriage, once on the brink of destruction, now serves as a living testimony to God's power to redeem and restore.
